What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of living that builds awareness and skill in attention, empowering us to work differently with our thoughts, biology and emotions so that we can move out into the world stronger together.

This programme offers an introduction to mindful living. It will explore the nature of stress so that you can adopt healthier approaches and engage with it differently. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to have a positive impact on our bodies, minds, health and wellbeing. Enjoy a community of care, support and connection in a calm and restoring space.

Commitment

  • Weekly 2,5 hours online Zoom group for 8 weeks
  • Starts April 2021, 18h00-20h00 SAST
  • Reflection and practice on your own in between group sessions
