- Personalised Mapping Coaching Session (60 minutes)
Begin with the end in mind; A one-on-one coaching session to explore what is working well and what needs work; setting a clear and attainable goal for our time together. - Enneagram Exploration Questionnaire and Personalised report
Begin to gain deeper insights into your personality, motivations, and triggers through integrative enneagram’s comprehensive report. This report will be your guiding light as you navigate stressors and build resilience. It offers profound insights into your behaviour, reactions and coping mechanisms. - Coaching Sessions (2 sessions, 2 weeks apart, 90 minutes each)
Two immersive coaching sessions that draw upon Enneagram principles to guide you through stress reduction techniques, emotional mastery, and resilience-building strategies. These sessions are tailored to your unique Enneagram type and personal circumstances. Time between session 1 and 2 will provide opportunity to practice, experiment and reflect as you build new habits aimed at sustainable change and growth. - Personalized & Practical Tools and Strategies
